Are you trying to lose weight, gain weight, or maintain?
You can use this BMR calculator: https://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/
And then use that figure in conjunction with the Harris Benedict equation here: https://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/harris-benedict-equation/
That will tell you a good estimate of the number of calories you need to consume on a daily basis in order to maintain your weight. Each pound is approximately 3500 calories, so if you're looking to gain or lose then just use that number to alter your daily caloric intake.

Of course. As long as you can get in a good workout. But also just in case if you start to see weight gain then (if your hours are not to early) take a quick jog every morning. If you can't then slightly change your diet if that's not to much of a pain.

What are your fitness goals? If you do nothing but sit on your butt all day AND are looking to lose weight AND are a petite girl (in the neighborhood of 5'0" or so) then yes, it's fine. But if any one of those things aren't true then the answer is no.
First you find your body fat percentage let use 20% as an example. Let's say you weight 125lbs.
125 x.20 = 25 lbs of body fat
125-25=100lbs of lean body mass
100 x 10= 1000 basal metabolic rate
1000 x.3. + 1000 = 1300 calories to maintain bodyweight.
Add 250 calories to gain weight
Subtract 250 to lose weight from the 1300 calories.Probably. I dont even eat that much and maintain weight.
Your diet is usually based on a 2000 calorie per day. You're supposed to have at least 2000 a day
