I just had a baby so finding the time for it every day is another thing. But the other day I saw this

And I thought what a great idea. So I wrote down a few exercises and every time I have a few minutes during the day I pick one or two and do them.
And in the evening when my husband is there I usually do like 15 to 20 min of yoga too
But I was wondering, it feels like much less. Is it as effective as if I were to do them all in one session?
