Am I doing a good workout or should I be doing something different?

i started doing, 20 jumping jacks, 30 lunges, 1 minute of plank, 30 twist crunches, 20 kickbacks ,20 squates and 20 leg lifts a day, is this a good workout, i wanna get toned thighs, bum and stomach
