Advice: Everyday, since my injuries healed, I did over 500 sit-ups took 2 minute breaks every hundred, and I lfit my pound weights 500 on both of my arms, took breaks every per hundred, am I doing great with my training exercises? Is there something I should add within my training?
You train more your endurance with this exercise and you only attack a few muscle groups. I hope you do your situps correctly, because that much is very dangerous to hurt your back if you do wrong. Why not go to a gym and ask a specific training for your injury.

where are the pushups? :D and squats? just arms and abs?
plus you shouldn't train everyday.. to tone or gain muscles you need to give your muscles some time to regenerate :)
