What are some good workouts?

So I have noticed that I have put on some weight...like a lot. I have a membership to the gym but got tired of my workout routine so I stopped going. I have been thinking of going to a Kickboxing class but I'm nervous. I just want some good workout ideas or tips to help me lose weight pretty fast (realistically fast). Also any other tips would be awesome!
What are some good workouts?
