I do cardio at least 5 days a week already but want to start adding in a good core workout as well. What are some good core exercises that work with body weight instead of free weights?
1 minute plank
1 minute side plank
1 minute other side plank
1 minute crunches
1 minute reverse crunch (lifting legs/hips off ground)
1 minute bicycles (shoulders lifted elbow to opposite knee, pedaling knees)
1 minute boxing situp (situp, throw a left/right twisting into punches)
1 minute supermans (on your stomach, a blissful break getting ready for ...)
1 minute jackknifes
1 minute front plank
