What are some good core workouts? How often should I work out my core? I'm getting a little softer than I would like so its back to working out. What's the best way to strengthen my core? How long will it take to start feeling the difference?
Not a health expert, but some of the best core workouts I use from time to time... Wall sits and planks. Both will put some real strain on your core. But that's core muscle building, not so great for burning fat, burning fat is more the cardio/workout kinda deal...

Running, floor exercises like planks and push ups, and working with medicine balls, lunges and squats. All those really boring things! But they WORK!

I actually heard that if you regularly empty you bowels it tightens your muscles as you use them to push out the stinker :P other than that I guess sticking to situps pushups ect :) hope it helps
