Bench press, dumbbell chest flys, push ups. If you are doing a chest exercise and can't feel it in the chest then you probably have poor form when performing the exercise. For example, if you you use the chest fly machine at the gym, they have pads for your elbows for a reason. Push with you elbows rather than your hands otherwise it works your shoulders more. When doing a bench press, make sure your back is arched and chest up. Also have a wider grip. Also use a wider grip for pushups as well since it works your triceps more if you have a narrow grip.
