It's not great. You should lose the push-ups til failure. Doing pushups til failure, which I'm guessing is anywhere from 50-100+ reps, won't build much muscle at all. That's an endurance exercise, not a muscle-building one. The reps are too high and the resistance too easy. By doing those and going onto bench press afterwards, which is the real muscle builder for the chest, front shoulders and triceps, you're tiring your muscles so that you aren't bench pressing as much weight as you could without the press ups, and you should be pressing as much as you can for those 12 reps.
If I was you I'd look into the 5x5 stronglifts routine which uses those exercises plus barbell rows and overhead press which you need to add in to build a balanced physique. In my opinion that's the best newbie routine where you'll make the fastest gains in size and strength.
I will look in to it, thanks.
Cool, thanks for MHO :)
I wouldn't say it's a good idea. Personally, 5 times a week is best (if possible) working on different muscles on the days. For example, Monday I do chest and triceps, on Tuesday I do back and biceps. Monday and Wednesday are rest days for me.
This is a workout I copied from some famous body builder.
Ya thats great, but try and switch it up every other week because while you want to maintain the strength and results you have now, you always want to build upon that!

No, it's too focused on the big 3 workouts and has really high frequency. Also, there's no shoulder or upper back exercises. Just look into a program like Starting Strength or Stronglifts.
add some chin ups in your routine and it will be better... cuz you have to build your Lats , if you want a good chest
