Is this a good workout routine?

I workout 3 times a week (monday, wensday and friday) with one day of rest between those days.


Every day I do the same workout. I begin with a warming up 10 min on the treadmill. Than I start with push ups 3 sets till faillure. Than I benchpress 3x12, than I do deadlifts 3x12. And I will finish off my workout with squads 3x12 and a cooling down for 10 min on the treadmill again.
