Hey, A six pack may not come in 2 months. It all depends on how much body fat and muscle you have right now, your diet, your workout routine, and sometimes genetics.
200 situps a day won't do anything for you. If you want a six pack, your going to have to do weighted crunches, pull downs, planks, leg raises etc. Do about 15-20 reps and about 4-5 sets of those every second day.
Definition is ALL, I repeat ALL diet. Your not going to get a six pack by eating simple carbohydrates, and not enough protein. We as women, always store more fat on our stomachs and hips, therefore whatever we eat other than protein(which cannot be used as a energy source, nor can it be stored as fat), will be stored if it is not burned off. Be sure to eat TONS of protein, about 0.75g per 1 pound of body fat so you won't have to worry about gaining those extra pounds, and your muscle will recover faster.
Dont just do abs though. Try to get into a routine with tons of cardio, at least 5 times a week. Your not gonna burn all your extra body fat by just eating right, your going to need to push yourself and work hard at the gym. Abs take a VERY long time to form, and some people just don't have the genetics to form a nice solid rack of abs.
Remember we are women. It is harder for us to get them. A few things to remember though:
1-Defintion is all diet. Limit carbs, and eat intense amounts of protein.
2-Do weighted ab exercises every second day, and do tons of cardio at least 5 days a week for about a hour, even more if you can handle it.
3-Be determined, and dedicate yourself. Don't just go to the gym for a week and give up. I know how hard it is to start into a routine, but once you got it going, your good. Myself, I go to the gym every single day for about 2 hours. I do lots of cardio, and weight training.
Good Luck. Need anymore information, contact me and Ill be happy to lead you into the right direction.

The number of sit ups you do is not what is most important, you have to do abdominal exercises until it hurts, until the muscles are exhausted. This often requires doing different types of exercises that strain the muscles a little more. I found leg lifts and reverse body lifts work the abs pretty good.
One thing to consider, for some people the strength of the abs may never show through with a defined six pack just because of natural differences in body fat distribution. I never do sit-ups any more because I have back problems, but I always have a six pack because I have about 4% body fat. I have friends who were exceptionally fit, but you could never see their six pack, although you could feel it if you felt their stomach.
a 6 pack starts in the kitchen... lower your chaloric intake.. you can continue with the situps if you would like to, but I doubt that will give you a 6 pack.
well since I am a guy, I know more about building other muscles to eventually getting a 6 pack, but I don't think you'd want to be buff.. you can try this if you want-- I did it last year before the summer and it looked pretty nice (also remember when you eat your stomach will look bigger)

Well the truth is that you can't just workout your abs and expect to get abs. It's more about your diet, and overall workout.
