I've kinda lost all the progress I made last year.
Im not fat in any means but I do want to tighten everything up and tone my body (and make it so that after I eat I don't immediately look 10lbs heavier).
Whats a good workout routine (at home) that you would recommend? Keep in mind that I have very little spare time and probably couldn't do 2 hour workouts, also when the weather is nice I'm going to be biking to and from school (~9km each trip)
any foods that help with fat loss or toning or flattening your stomach? Any foods to stay away from (other than the obvious fast food)?
im not willing to go on any crazy diet that restricts me from eating but I do want to start eating healthier and less snacking.
Just any any suggestions or ideas you guys would have, I'm open to almost anything :)
