You might gain scale weight, but you shouldn't lose any tone. You might gain a little weight overall, and that would include bigger boobs. I would suggest you taper back your cardio slowly over time so that your body doesn't freak out. Also, if you do it gradually, you can control what is happening.
Everyone stores fat on different parts of their body, so if you body wants to put fat on your tummy instead of your boobs, there is nothing you can do about that. The only way to find out is to gradually cut back on cardio and see what happens.

too much cardio is very bad for you. You get ultra skinny and you have no fat, no muscle tone and it looks very unnatural especially in the shoulder region where your joint is it looks very thin and just not good. If you gained weight it wouldn't be a bad thing because if you gained a bit of muscle as well as a little fat youd probably look very good. As for your boobs...idk I don't think you can just workout and they will get bigger. (?)The only way is to get real fat and you don't want that.
