I got a 40 inch butt by doing squats. So you can get a booty by working your butt muscles; the best method of which is free weight barbell squats (stay away from the smith machine).. eating a high protein diet to aid in muscle recovery and a caloric deficit to lose fat. Like nony said you cannot spot reduce fat.

You have to eat right and do squats and other butt related exercises. After awhile move to weighted squats. Make sure you get some proteins before and after you exercise. There are endless ab exercises on the internet just start out slow and steady. Do those combined with some jogging.
Despite what some will say, your body decides if you got the booty. If you're 155 pounds and still don't have one, you probably never will.
But, you should lose at least 20 pounds. You can't spot lose, so you have to lose weight to get a flat stomach. It might come off your thighs first though. So do some cardio to lose weight (biking, running, walking, swimming.) And Google how many calories you need, and eat 200-300 calories less than that.
To get a rounder butt, do squats.
Try X-Hit workouts on YouTube (especially their Victoria Secret Angels series hosted by Rebecca-Louise Smith) and search for an app or a website called Fatsecret to keep an eye on your calorie intake. As for the abs, it's best to start with cardio exercises first so that you can see your six-pack developing once you've burned the fat. Good luck!

flat stomach: there's heaps but one i use regularly is... ok I don't know if it has a name so ill describe it.
