What should I use treat facial acne?

Hey I was wondering what i should use to treat my facial acne... I've tried different acne treatments and medicines but none of them seem to work. Please help.

My life sucks, but im grateful for what i have, food, water, education, a roof over my head. And thank you for that soymilk suggestion but my parents only get soda and crap, so ya... Thanks anyways!

Always make sure to never, ever ever pick or pop any of your zits. Trust me! :) secondly shower every day and wash your face with simple soap and water. For many this simple treatment sometimes goes unnoticed. Now if the soap works, then you probably have a less severe case of acne, and accompanied by a good diet, and excersize routine, your skin will be amazing!
For a more severe case of acne, which likely you may have since you've tried everything, go see a professional. They will know exactly what to do, and may prescribe you with medication :)

Drink lots of water, dehydration causes acne.
Chin acne can be treated by rinsing your chin off after brushing your teeth and eating.
Acne on the side of your face can be caused by your pillow, keeping the bedding clean with help.
And DON'T touch your face, at all. The oils from your hands cause acne, and popping pimples make them worse.

Raw unpasteurized organic honey. After you shower just dab some on the acne.

If no over the counter products are working, you can visit with a dermatologist & they can prescribe something more active. This site www.top10homeremedies.com/.../...pimples-fast.html shows some at home remedies, though I'm not sure if any of them work, as I've never tried them.

Because you are so young and very hormonal tge only thing you can really do is go to the dermatologist and get prescription strength medicine. That will be the best way to clear it up.

That's really fucked up... rubbing soy milk on your face is great for skin. Dip a cotton ball in soy milk and apply it to your face. Let it sit for a couple of minutes and wash it off.

DUDE! I've been using that electric scrubbing brush like on TV, but I got mine at CVS for cheap, but it broke in 3 weeks... BUT it's really helped with acne. I use an acne cream and then acne preventing moisturizer! DO IT
