I can't take anyone who says they want to loose weight seriously, it's complete rubbish. You don't want to loose weigh, you want to loose fat. If you want to loose fat then you must workout, if you don't then you will loose lean muscle mass and fat together, which means you'll look just as fat, not only this but it'll be easier for you to put on new fat later because of decreased energy demand of your body, therefore you will gain fat and not new lean body mass to the loss of shape and fitness -you'll look like a blob of fat
I don't want to loose weight though !! I never once stated that I did ! Am just asking why would I be loosing weight so quickly even though I have a higher calorie intake than normal
the same logic applies though, not all weight lost is fat -the body is complicated, if you were in a defecit in the weeks prior the body takes time to 'deactive' fat cells as it were, the energy goes but studies have shown that the cells can fill with water temporarily though i don't understand the science. Also when you work out frequently, depending on what type of exercise -cardio or resistance your body will gain temporary weight (cardio results in water storage, resistance results in glcogen storage in muscles each pound of which requires two pounds of water to store) In short, for all minor weight changes completely ignore the scales
Burning fat is a VERY slow process.
There is 9cal in 1g of fat.
So to loose 4lbs of fat , thats 1814.37g of fat. IF you DID burn that much fat you'll be on a deficit of 16,329cal in 2 weeks.
In one day , you'll need 2000 calories to survive. So if you did burn 16,329 cal in 2 weeks , that mean you have not eaten in the two weeks and burned even more cals.
So chances are that 4lbs lost are just water weight.
So start working out champ , cos remember... 1g of body fat = 9 cal.
You may have lost muscle. Remember muscle weighs more than fat. So when you where working out you where probably gaining muscle. The scale is one of the least efficient ways to determine if your healthy, in shape, and thin
Four pound weight lose in 2 weeks is not rapid. I some times vary that much in 1 day.
for me its a lot because the amour of calories iv had even when i have a normal calorie intake and work out in the gym it takes me about 3 weeks to loose a pound as i have a very slow metabolism

You absolutely need to see a doctor. There are many possible causes, just googled for "causes of rapid weight loss" but there are so many possible problems that can cause rapid weight loss that it would make you panic to see them. From being ill over getting dehydrated to being pregnant!
So don't ask yourself too many questions since it will drive you mad. You may be worrying about the worst decauses while the cause is innocent.
Or you may need treatment and delay seeing a doctor... just go there and have it checked out!

It may not be much but if you lose 2-4 pounds more go consult a doctor immediately. Most probably it will be a small issue some parasites in your body which can be removed from your body by simple medicine. But don't delay it.
Next 2-3 weeks try to eat healthy food and see what happens.
High metabolism? You work out so you're losing weight obviously, but your metabolism may mean it's not gonna be easy to regain weight through food, so your just gonna be losing it all the time through workouts. I have a very high met I can eat crap all day and pit nothing on. I'm no expert so I'd ask an expert or a personal trainer, just my idea.
If you're really worried go see a doctor. But I think 4 pounds it's not that much is it?
Don't mean to gross you out but the first thing that comes to my mind is worms.
