Try keeping your face clean, like washing it twice a day, and try to avoid touching your face as much as possible because your hands have bacteria. Also if you wear make up, try to wear light make up, nothing heavy and lots of oil-free products. Cause oily make up can clog pores. It might not be a pimple because pimples normally don't hurt when you talk, the area may be sensitive but it shouldn't hurt when talking, so maybe you should call a dermatologist and set up an appointment just in case. Plus they'll give you medicine that's stronger than over the counter drugs that could be a lot more beneficial. I've been dealing with acne since I was like twelve, it sucks, but my recommendation is that you should see a dermatologist.

As a make up artist, I see all sorts of skin problems and acne issues. I'm no dermatologist, but I"m going to take a wild guess and say it's not acne. Acne is a clogged pore, this sounds like an abscess or or some sort of tumor. If it was acne, a simply face wash with high concentrations of salicylic acid would take care of it. Acne does not develop over two years.
See a dermatologist.
Go to your doctor. They can either prescribe something or if they thing it's something serious they can lance it and release the pressure or find out what's really causing it.
You shouldn't have anything that long and it could be some kind of an abscess. You really should see your doctor.
If I had a pimple that had been growing for two years, I'd probably just be glad it hadn't sprouted lips and begun talking! Are you sure it's a pimple? You may have to enlist a dermatologist to tame that bad boy.

i agree with everyone about seeing a doctor to prescribe something.. they usually give you creams that are literally miracles in a bottle..
HOWEVER.. for normal everyday acne one the best things to do to get rid of it are to go tanning..
i work in a tanning salon, and we even offer packages just for clearing up acne.. tanning produces a ton of vitamin d which is great for keeping your skin blemish free :)Um I have had lots of experience with acne and if its been forming for 2 years then its not a pimple you have to go to the dermatologist to get it checked because whatever it is he could give something to you to clear it up!
Usually the best thing to do is leave it alone, no matter how frustrating that is.
Tea tree oil, which you can find at most health food stores, can work wonders for spot treatments.Wow. Definitely try to contact a dermatologist or your regular doctor or something. A two-year-old pimple is not normal at all.
I'm not exactly sure that is a pimple at all. Those things usually pop up over night.
