1. Don't touch your face.
2. Drink lots of water.
3. Use an acne face wash or moisturizer by Clean & Clear or Neutrogena.
(Anything with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide is your best bet).
Also, the Purity cleaners sold at Sephora and Ulta are expensive but very good skincare. And Clarisonic skincare (a motorized, rotating brushead) also clears up your skin.
If that doesn't clear your skin up, see a dermatologist.
some acne is caused by infection and if you notice it on your shoulders and top of arms you should go to see a doctor as prescription drugs work whilst standard over the counter ones generally do not. Good luck.
Visit a dermatologist. The best way is to figure out what might be causing the problem. Oil from working environment, hormones, etc.

I recommend using tea tree oil which is all natural...and make sure to drink lots of water.Apple cider vinegar is good too!
get a good clay mask. wear it over night and your pimples will be greatly reduced. I like the one by cinique. it's more expensive, but I've tried cheaper ones and thy weren't nearly as good
