I tried my first MC day today, as I can't buy maple syrup I used molasses instead, but the taste was horrible, I guess I can't stand hit sweet and sour in the same time, I just throw up once it touched my throat, I can drink lemon water alone, may be some cayenne pepper added won't be a problem, so here's the question comes, can I drink only lemon water, and use honey or molasses in senna and peppermint teas, I guess my body will still be gaining all nutrition it needs?
But it isn't good for your health. This is like the girl who came in asking "What is the best way to cut myself, and please don't tell me to stop cutting myself." It would be irresponsible of someone who knows better to lie and say it's a good way to go. You aren't going to get enough nutrition even with all those things, and the weight loss will be temporary like all quick-solution starvation-based weight loss systems. A better thing to do is a steady system where you only cut out like 500 calories per day and lose 1 pound per week.
