So I'm pretty skinny, I'm not trying to lose weight,, just toning up.
I can't afford a gym membership. So I bought a 15 pound kettlebell and some 5 pound ankle weights.
What can I do with them to tone my legs and butt?
I'm already planning on doing goblet squats, and standing calf raises, as well as fire hydrants and donkey kicks. What else can I do for the legs and bum with this equipment?
