If you like fast food try eating CHINESE fast food but BE CAREFUL - because most chinese food that non-chinese people eat is NOT real chinese food - it's American food being sold as chinese food. If you want to know what real chinese food is - look at the people in the restaurant. In a REAL authentic chines restaurant - 100% of the customers should be chinese. I used to eat out everyday cause I had friends who wanted to eat out everyday and I'd only see non-chinese people in the restaurant about.01% of the time I was eating in a chinese restaurant. REAL chinese food makes you thin.
The other possibility is to pack whole grain sandwiches with tomato, chicken and lettuce. Also trying making your own salads,

If the issue pertains to diet, then I think simply tracking your macros and calories is sufficient enough to make sure you stay at a healthy weight. Being at a healthy weight doesn't necessarily mean that your heart and lungs are healthy, it just means that you're not overweight. If you're talking about gymin then I suggest you sign up to a 24 hour gym so that you can go whenever you feel like it.
