How to keep up with your health with a busy schedule?

I'm usually very healthy, love to exercise, and just treat my body right. However this year I've started working, and along with school work and speech and debate, my health has been coming last. I still work out daily, but my nutrition and choice of food has been pulling me down because I never feel like cooking and with debate tournaments every other weekend, fast food is all I've been eating. I've even gained like 5 pounds. I went out and bought some green tea, almonds, vitamins, etc, and also trying to cut back a lot on fast food, just things to help get me back on track, what else can I do to get back to my once healthy lifestyle?
