Does anybody know how much chamomile tea can we drink a day? And if we can drink it everyday?

I have to drink a lot of water and I cant, I never drunk a lot of water. I used to drink one glass per day so when I had my check up the doctor said that the water in my body is very low.
I find it easier to consume water by drinking camomile tea but i worry cause I dont know if for example 2lt of tea daily can harm me.

I know for a fact that you can drink it every day. How much, I'm not sure - too much of anything is never good. If you have a juicer it might help you a lot - some juices like watermelon juice - are mostly water yet they have vitamins and other good stuff as long as you drink them while they're fresh.
