im active and eat healthy.
But nothing works.
Please any pointers on weight loss.
Desperately seeking advice.
Learn portion control. Just make sure you're not starving yourself. Most people make the mistake of not eating enough, and they end up eating too much because they're so hungry. I used to be overweight as well, and it took me a while to learn what my body needs. I went from eating too much, to eating too little. I had to experiment a bit with foods and portion control until I finally figured out how much my body needs at each meal. Also if you have favourite junk foods don't cut them out of your diet completely, eat them once in a while but just not as much. You don't want to deprive yourself completely or else you'll crave it all the time. There's a difference between indulging too much, and once and a while. I took up hiking as well, and that worked out well for me. I went from 180 to 110. Also, don't expect results overnight. A lot of people get discouraged because they don't see the weight loss quickly. I know someone who gave up because she didn't lose any weight after a week, and so she just started binge eating.
If you post the kind of food that you eat I'll be able to help more... Tomato juice blended with spinach is usually my dinner, because I don't move around a lot at night. I'm not starving myself I just found that a liquid dinner is also easier for body to digest.
Define active + healthy…. I'm active & healthy with a stocky build. Mainly for the type of work I do, sports I play & just love tossing around some heavy a$$ weight!
Hard to help ya out & give ya points on what to cut out & what not to cut out. People ask me for lifting & eating tips to put on size or to change body types. First thing I tell em to do, is make a list of what they have eaten for today "saturday" to next "saturday" then ask me the same question again when they're actually serious about it.
Gotta find out what your intake is & then adjust it little by little so you don't shock your body to much. Don't wanna get a head ache etc etc from lack of foods you were eating to not eating. You tend to end up eating something you shouldn't just to make you feel better & you pretty much just tossed everything away you worked for that day.
If ya like send me a pm of your intake & ill toss ya some adjustment tips
two words... eat less. eating less is what i did and i lost 130 pounds in the past
Make sure you eat enough not to starve to death, though.
no problem.

One of the best ways to lose weight is to cut soft drinks/sodas entirely, along with other drinks.
Only drink water for a month - pair that with lots of vegetables, lean meat and plenty of sleep, you definitely will notice some great change.
Thank you will Try that. Water is def no problem for me :)
