Okay so I want to swell my hand instantly, any ideas how I can do that easily? I don't want to break it, just swell it up, real fast..
I want to get away from school tomorrow, since I have 2 tests and a basket ball game, I have my reasons, please I don't want any negative comments, only how can I swell up my arm really fast

Why swell your arm though? It will only swell if it's injured, so you'll be in real pain, and you don't want that. Instead, I suggest saying you're feeling very sick, and to make it more believable, eat a lot and make yourself throw up. If you wanted to play sick you should have started earlier though, speaking from experienceXD

Just put some runny oatmeal in your mouth between classes and "throw it up" in front of the teacher like a normal kid that wants to get out of class. Do it in like 2nd period and go home early.
