I'm feeling weak and dizzy, constant migraines and feeling sick.
I've been to a doctor and he doesn't think it's an eating disorder, he thinks it's depression because I've been feeling very stressed, worried and sad for a little while, but in the meantime:
Does anyone have any advice on how I can put on some calories and start eating normally?
I'd really like to feel better and look better.
