I need some advice to grow taller I feel inferior because of my height any advice to grow taller? I feel like I am useless

You have 3 to 9 years before your epiphyseal closure and the end of your growth spurt, but don't expect more than 1 to 2 more inches in height. A surgery implanting leg extensions of 5 inches was successful several years ago, but such a drastic measure has not become common. Like Napoleon and numerous other historical figures, you might try elevator shoes.

Unless you are attempting to become a jet pilot or other occupation which requires a minimum height, your real problem is not your height but how you feel about yourself. If you want romance, successful people seem to have no problem attracting desirable females, like that Cruise guy or that Putin character among many others. If you want personal power, you might learn to play rock guitar or become successful in business. If you merely want to improve your self-esteem you will have to perform something you yourself decree a major achievement, whatever that might be, big or small.

To that end, few people live lives free of impediments and overcoming those personal challenges can raise your self-esteem higher than your physical stature. So you see I feel that you should focus your efforts improving what you may of yourself and be happy with that.

Gonna have to suck it up and deal with it. If you are gonna grow you will but if you've reached your limit then there's little you can do.

anything or 8cm or 3 inches for leg extension is now considered very dangerous not to mention the surgery itself is known to have many complications and a second surgery is usually required to fix the problems from the first surgery. It is also extremely painful and costly.
