I make a huge salad every day with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and low salt turkey breast. I add a small side of salad dressing. For a snack I have my cornflakes with skim ilk. During the day, I eat a yogurt and maybe a piece of fruit. I also add FF cottage cheese to my diet, FF pudding cups and in between during the week, I might also include a piece of fish or chicken.
It helps keep my weight down and with Extra exercise that you need for this to go hand in hand, you can lose weight with this.

They don't work well. I lost my appetite due to stress and stopped eating, I lost 2 kg in 3 days and kept losing. But my body is still mostly fat, because I've lost muscle mass since I didn't workout. Also now I have insulin resistance. So I wouldn't recommend those crash diets.
If you need to lose weight just do what i do to stay fit for my high school baseball team, wake up and run a mile, take a mens one a day, go to the gym, and watch what i eat. i lost 10-15lbs when i started and now I'm in good shape.
I could pass you an ebook on how to do fast diets the right way but I'd need to know your current height and weight first. Also do you plan and cook all your own meals?

easiest way to lose weight fast, eat what you normally eat but divided by 1/10, and eat that very small amount every two hours, that will help significantly

'After that im gonna train and eat healthy and do everything i need to do' sorry but that is exactly what u need to do to cut down weight. Also avoid all beverages except water. Beverages contain a lot of calories. And yea i do know of a plan. Eat 6 short meals everyday. That way u won't get hungry and get the urge to eat more. About every 2 hours u have one small meal. For example for the first meal u could have egg whites and 2 sandwiches and water. And so on :)
Mini diets don't work that well. Sure, you might lose some weight fast, but you also gain it back fast. Just stop eating junk food and snacks/sweets, eat more healthy foods in smaller portions. Exercise.
I lost 14 pounds in 5 days before after I lost my appetite and ate nothing for four days. Toss in some exercise and you could lose more. This is not healthy though.
You should never try to lose weight quickly as it's harmfull and you will just gain it back anyways as its not a maintainable diet
you need to be careful with that kind of diet because you could end up gaining back more than you lost.

That I will do over a long period of time. This is a quick needed loss.. not a huge amount that will kill me but just a little bit that's all.
its not recommended to stop eating. you will be fat in other ways.

You do not need a crash diet. A healthy exercise program will work just fine. One month for conditioning and one for gains/losses.
