Whats a diet pill that actually works?

No time for gym and health food? Poor excuse bud. I have two jobs and still find time for exercise. 20 min of intense exercise is all you need. Good diet pills are far more expensive than health food. That being said, diet pills just increase your metabolism and if you still eat more calories than you burn, you will still get fat. I suggest three things for lazy people who want to lose weight: 1) Stay away from fizzy drinks. You see it a lot and its true. Those things are sugar nukes. 2) Then stay away from anything fried. Fried chicken, fries, hash browns etc. 3) When you get food, get smaller portions. Don't order a supersize big mcmeal. Get one regular bigmac, not the fries and rather get a water or juice over the coke.
I'd say 99.9% of them don't work and the ones that do might not work for you... I used to take things like thermobol or 'diet pills' they didn't do anything for me besides give me horrible heartburn, I guess that made me less hungry but it wasn't exactly how I wanted to go about it. Things like that cost a ton though, especially if you want one that's also listed as a fat burner like Grenade.
They work, but this kind of pills are controlled, I mean you need the prescription of a doctor in order to get them. My ginecologist prescribe them to me because I have a hormonal issue that makes me gain weight even if I take care of what I eat & go to the gym
No, they do not work. the best way to loose weight is by eating healthy and to work out. I don't know why people take pills or cream saying that they well loose 10 pounds lol.

I have two jobs am a full time student and workout 6 days of week and prep 6 meals a day, its called time management.
Now that I got that out of the way I take hydroxycut hardcore however it even says when following a diet and exercise.
Called exercise and eating healthier. Diet pills speed your metabolism by 1%, barely doing anything. Its much better to just do pushups and crunches, some jogging, or just eating healthier.
Since they took ephedrine off the market you will need to find a diet doctor to prescribe a diet pill to you, if you want one that will actually work.
I have ADHD. I get Dextroamphetamine and lisdextroamphetamine and they cut my appetite to nonexistent, which in my case sucks, but might be good for yours?
