also, do colon cleanses make you use the restroom a lot? Will a colon cleanse affect me at school?

Well the way all legal diet pills work is that they either suppress appetite (usually done with a large dose of caffeine) or try to speed up metabolism so you can eat more.
You don't want to go down the caffeine route, that's just crazy. And it's true some diet pills contain some ingredients that can fill you up and speed up your metabolism, but not more than found in let's say a cucumber. So save the money and eat a cucumber every day

Diet pills dont work dont go for the fakes stuff the companies claim that they works but none of em works in real trist me and some of em has side effect they burn body fat including your body muscle so dont go for it try excercising everyxay and maintain a proper diet u will see the noticable results good luck :)

Stay away from them except on doctor's advise. There have been many examples when people have lost weight... and their liver or kidney function!
Some of these drugs can be really dangerous!
If you want to lose weight, choose a good diet and do some sports. But don't exaggerate in anything. Let your body do the work, slowly. Maximum 6 lbs (2.5 kg) per month. Otherwise your body doesn't have time to adapt to a lower weight and you become ill.

Diet pills contain caffeine (bad for the hearth) or very similar molecules (just as bad) and/or diuretics (draw water from the body. ;the water comes back when you drink.) If you don't drink you risk kidney problems.
