Any good exercises to help with this?

I sit all day in an office. They recently got us chairs that seem to be less supportive. Since then my hips are always super sore and tight. Like to the point it hurts to do anything. Are there any ways to loosen them up after work and maybe work out the damage from the day?

Since I know people will say this the only way to get a new chair is through a doctor stating you have a medical condition that requires it.
Any good exercises to help with this?
