Lose weight if I eat between 1200 and 1400 calories?

My BMR is around 1420. I want to lose about 2 kg within the next 3-4 weeks. Will this be possible if I eat between 1,200 calories and 1400 calories? I go jogging about once a week and walk 20min per day.

Ps. I eat healthy most of the time. I just put on a few kg the past few weeks due to eating a lot of sweets.
