I would talk to a nutritionist and have them find out your BMR (Basal metabolic rate) then base your diet off of that and you will slim down in no time. They will tell you how many calories to consume and the types of food to eat. Cardio can help hehe :) but i don't think you need to lose weight, pilates is good for shaping your body too!
Agree with @woodyjhonson , do HIIT and start counting what you eat, i recommend lowering your calories with 300-500 from maintenance. MyFitnessPal is a good app you can use to count both calories and macros
