I've been trying to lose weight and it's not working well. I work out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at my school's free gym, and I've been trying to eat less too. In the 8 weeks I've been working out and watching my portions I've only lost 7 lbs. Yes this might seem like a decent amount but I would like to lose at least two pounds a week if possible. Have any of you tried the slim fast diet? Does it work well? Do you think it would work well?
