It's very difficult , I even took my workout to the extreme level, I swim 4 days a week, run 4 miles a day, and my diet plan is brutal. Some people have perfect abs in months some need a year, well as long as you get a great result, time was well worth it, Rome wasn't built in a year.
I'm 14 I weigh 160 lbs I used to weigh 180 lbs when I was 13 but it took me about 2 months I wear a size 9 in pants I used to wear a 15 I wear a medium in shirts I used to wear a XXL or XL in shirts. I have a 30 inch waist and 44 inch hips.
Im 14 and I weigh 102lbs. Im a dancer and I have dance 3 times a week for 3 hours everyday, and I got the gym every Saturday and Sunday for 2 hours. I have a four pack and a few bruises here and there but yeah, Im proud.

5'2'' and 120 lbs. I absolutely hate myself because I used to weigh less than 100. And now I always gain weight back after I lose a few pounds.
ah I'm like the same :) you're not overweight and so don't hate yourself, most guys like girls like with that much weight to height ratio, but that's not why you should try lose or gain weight. Be happy with who you are make sure that you stay healthy and wear the best clothes to make your assests look the best !

I started binging because I was really stressed and now I have to suffer the consequences. I know that I am not overweight, but I don't feel as pretty as I used to be. The only good thing is that gaining weight cured my shopping addiction lol
I'm 125, & 5'7. I'm happy with my body, but I want to tone up a bit more. I'm working on it :)

230-240 and not happy but I literally get injuries from doing nothing (I can wake up injured after a night of sleeping) so it has been pretty tough to work out with any consistency.

I'm athletic, but I don't like my body, i want to remove that last 0.2 inch of lower ab fat.
That's always hard to get rid of, I workout everyday and eat healthy but my lower abs aren't coming out

Im too skinny. Its the only thing I don't like about myself. I eat a lot and can't get any weight.
Maybe you should see a nutritionist, they can help

I'm 5'10 and 70 Kgs (Not sure how much in pounds). I'd like to get my weight down to 65-67 kg and build it. But for that I'll need to start gym
