Well, I think they're main forte is in lip products. Clarisonic is a good brand, all though it can dry your skin, and your skin reacts by creating even MORE oil, then your pimples get even more clogged :/
My advice? Get a monthly professional facial because those work wonders. Try LUSH products as well, they have really good facial masks! I use their masks: "Love Lettuce" and "Don't Look At Me", but try what is best depending on your skin type.
So yes, if professional facials are too pricy, try getting a mask from lush (you can use it 2 times a week and it lasts 3-4 weeks) they're like 7 bucks each. And don't forget to use an oil-free moisturizer after!! :)

I really like Burt's bees especially the one you're talking about.
My skin is sensitive too and little breaks out from most cleansers but this keeps my face smooth and glowing lol
I have not used that specific product. But, I use Burt's Bees lip balm at the moment, and it is very effective.
Burt's Bees make a shit ton of amazing products. I love their lip balm, but that's it.

I have used that exact one, and it works very well. If you have an issue with regular acne it works great, wonderful for removing makeup and impurities. If you tend to get a few cystic flare ups, pair it with a spot treatment (like Clean and Clear or even Target brand spot treatment).
I haven't personally used it but I know my friend has and she had a very bad reaction to it and she threw it away immediately but once again everyone reactions to things differently. Maybe test it on the side of your face before using it
