Set a goal or bar for yourself. Be realistic and take it one day or week at a time until you get a routine. Once that small goal or bar has been achieved, set another one and then be ideal and give yourself time to achieve that goal. Realize that there will be moments when you don't feel like working out, but you gotta remember your goal. And lastly, enjoy it!! If you find some happiness in it, that helps a lot too.

How are you into fitness and "being healthy"... but you also don't workout, diet properly, or have the motivation to get up and put in some work?
Listen to trance, that should do it.

Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live. :)
And do exercises not because you hate your body.. but because you love it. ;)Tip #1 ditch trying to get motivated. Tip# 2 make a commitment to being healthy and active.
