Trying to get on a diet , is heberlife grey for a 15 year old?

I want to loose my belly and make my thighs smaller and get a bigger booty. What's the best thing to do at the gym while I use herberlife and DOES IT WORK?

I don't know about herbalife, but I do love the essena oniell set plan. I think it's great for teens, but if you make more of your own food and want to bemoreserious I suggest the blogilates meal plan.
For exercise I highly suggest lifting weights. They won't make you bulky because women lack the necessary hormones to get big like men. But having more muscle actually burnsmorexalories which burns fat even when your doing nothing, also you can eat more.
I don't know exactly what equipment you have but you can find the name of your equipment and google workout routines specifically for you. Also workout all body parts! You don't want great legs but then have flabby arms (your non problem areas may look good now, but once oftener parts of your body improve your standards all over will improve). Remember you only lose 1to 2lbs per week if your not drastically overweight. And you lose fat all over, not just the parts you workout.
And I do recommends one cardio, but only 20 to 30 mins. I like to jog before I lift so my muscles are nice and warm and I don't hurt myself.
And keep in mind losing weight is 70% diet and only 30%
Low weight with high reps (low weight high rep) just tones preexisting muscles, where as high weight with lower reps (low weight high rep) causes the muscle to grow and expand; which will get you your big booty.
As for motivation I recommend a vision board. It sounds stupid, but waking up and seeing your goal everyday will remind you what your working for. Also keep a pic of your before body on there to remind you how far you've come. And keep a pic dream body pic on your fridge to remind you to make healthy choices.
And super important, healthy eating starts at the grocery. If you don't buy it you won't eat it. So when you mom is buying cookies, tell her your trying to get healthy and don't want to eat those anymore (say healthy instead of lose weight or else they'll freak out)
