Also as we age our metabolism is slower and it is harder to loose weight and it can take more time to do so like younger people
My brother has a belly pouch on her stomach, flabby and he is not slim but he is not morbidly obese either, but if you see him you can say yes he has his pounds (a bit chubby)
He does not work out cause for his work he has no time for that and he has other things to do in his personal schedule he has little free time for him to work out not even 1 hour. Anyway but he says he is trying to cut carbs, (well at this moment the only carbs he is cutting is not eating rice) but he consumes other type of carbs and he says he is not eating at night that means dinner and he drinks a lot of water. He does eat fruits and salad at lunch.
Regarding the fruits we eat fruits every day at home cause my mom likes to consume fruits for its benefits in the morning so I also eat fruits a mixed of different type of fruits each morning.
My brother has the notion that he is not loosing weight because he is eating fruits everyday each morning and he will try to not consume fruits for a while to see if what he says is correct.
