How much could weight loss change your face?

I use to be 180 pounds in high school and now I'm 127. Whenever I see people who i haven't seem in years they can't recognize me. They said I looked really different. That way only 5 years ago. I looked at old pictures or me before and my bone structure is more noticeable. Men also treat me really good.
Can you go from a 4 to like a 8 or up?

Depends on the person I think. I show a lot of weight gain/loss in my face, though I've never shifted enough to become hard to recognize. But I can imagine that dramatic for some people would really bring out features that were totally hidden.

"Can you go from a 4 to like a 8 or up?", no. Attractiveness scores do not go "up", they go "down", your healthy self should be the base. You were always an 8 and due to whatever became a 4.

easily weight loss can send you from a 4 to an 8. I do think 4 points is the average for people who do dramatic weight loss.
