I stopped about 4 years ago and it must be the best decision I ever made. I used to eat a lot of fast food and experienced a lot of stomach pain. Once it wouldn't go away for 4 days. Had to go to the hospital. Had problems going to the bathroom (sorry if that's too much info), and so on. Ever since I stopped fast food I almost never have those problems. I've never felt so good in terms of health.

I love subway it's technically fast food I go there at least 3 times a week. I also go to A@W and Mc Donald's like once a month. Never even heard of Chick-fil-a before. Ever since I started IIFYM I really watch what i'm doing with macros and foods in general. I want them abs to be shredded and I am going to get them!
Yes but never go to burger king, i used to when i was younger but it's bad now like soggy as hell lol and hardly any fries, we order pizzas or burger and chip deals from Tasters or we order from Master Chef Indian, i really want some chinese for a change though, my parents are usualy too tired to cook on fridays after a long week.
I'm ashamed to say it, but yes. Regularly. Pretty much as often as possible.
My mother cooks once every blue moon. And I hate cooking, myself. Sometimes I'll make myself quick little meals, but for the most part I'd starve without fast food in my life. Plus I love it. I love that greasy heart attack on a bun.

Rather rarely... here in Belgium we like going to a "frietkot" for some French fries... you find them in many villages, generally near the church... see pics :-)

Every once in a while I'll go to Chipotle, but that's totally different. They actually use good ingredients and everything is prepared fresh.There aren't many vegan options at fast food joints. I live beside a McDonald's and my friends always want to go there, but all I can eat is fries pretty much. I usually only go in for shelter from the cold and a washroom if I'm locked out of my apartment lmao

There's also this new diet (new to me) called "if it fits your macros". However sadly, my abs are barely visable. I don't see much of a problem with fast food.Once in a while I have burgers. And I usually go to Burger King. Steakhouse is fine.

yes although i don't eat to those restaurants because they're a little bit far away from where i live most of 'em... i dont live in a city. i buy frozen burgers or french fries from local markets and make them at home... just like fast-food

Mainly because I'm a pretty damn good cook, and I enjoy cooking (it's rather relaxing and fun IMO)... so I end up buying raw ingredients and making my own food. :)I do! I used to eat a LOT of it but not so much now. I mostly eat Subway! My problem is not gaining weight but losing it constantly no matter what I eat :( maybe I should eat more, lol
I run and cycle a lot and I am always dancing jumping around so all those movement equate to a good days exercise which cancels out all the fat I consume from fast food
Nope, I aggressively steer clear of fast food. In fact, the more i started cooking at home the more fast food would destroy my stomach. It really messes me up now.
Once in a blue moon I'll swing by Sonic or Steak n Shake. But generally no, it makes me feel all sick and gross.

I still don't understand how I'm one of the skinniest gurls in my class :SNot those places, I eat Chipotle, Pho78, and Pollo Tropical. All are decent ingredients.
When I'm at school I eat chicken birayani, butter chicken, chicken salad or sushi and once every two months I eat at a burger joint or a steak house.
I work out fairly hard , but fast food is my one true vice. Trying to ween myself off the stuff though.
