it's no secret that I always was pretty chubby (not really fat) but I know I'm not an ugly guy and I guess my face and self esteem was what girls found attractive about me. So here I am, wanting to lose some weight since that is what makes me insecure, just drop 5/6 kilos. I thought that 0.5 kilo a week should be possible.
I don't want to go full extreme (like eating only vegetables and working out 1 hour a day) simply because I know I won't put up with that. During the working days I only drink coffee or water, and I don't eat any fat foods like chips, cookies etc. I started cycling more to work, wich is like 1 hour a day worth of cycling.
Do you have any tips that helped you keep yourself motivated or what helped you lose weight, please share them with me :)
