Same I'm 5 foot and 123 but my mom doesn't know I'm dieting right now I have a bottle that holds a gallon of water which is what I drink a day along with protein and veggie drinks I only eat if I have to like absolutely have to because of her and im doing this till we leave fir Cali which should be in a week now

Make your own. Get some low salt turkey breast and some whole wheat bread. Beware the carbs
Tell her you'll do the cooking if she'll buy healthy food.

Tell her it's about getting healthy not being skinny... which is what it really should be anyway.
You should take the initiative start by limiting your portions at meals. Also, you should ask start doing the cooking. This will give control over the family meals.
