I have had a stressful week with Alevel work specifically languages essays piling up as well as my English coursework which is ongoing - I finally finished two french essays which were making me stress the most and I have finished them with two days advance of deadline. So I assumed I would be relieved and be able to put my mind at ease. Yet I feel even more tense as if my subconscious is going to lash out a whole other workload which I have forgotten about. Is this just like after affects of feeling more stressed than I realised. There aren't many other worries right now - boys have been put to the side and I have been having healthy familial and friend relationships recently. So why do I feel so on edge? I don't know arghhhh
In my experience it's because the longer you rev yourself up the longer it lasts - and suddenly you have nothing to take it out on. Kind of like drinking a ton of coffee that lasts 3 hours but only working for 1.
Try exercising and relaxing with friends who are also done.
