Making it simple, to lose weight (fat specifically) you need to use more calories than you take in.
So if you eat 2000 calories a day, and uses 1900, you will get more fat over time.
If you take in 2000 but uses 2100 everyday you will lose fat.
Simple as that.
By making those 30 min of exercise you are increasing the amount you use. So yeah, it will help.
But you will only lose fat if at the end of the day you used more than you took in.
Truth is what you eat has a much much larger impact in your fat % than anything else.
Don't take me wrong, exercising does help a lot, it's just not the main ingredient.
Also, the more muscle you get, the more calories your burn in your natural resting state. So yeah, huge plus.
Exercising also does a lot of other good stuff to your body. Both health and aesthetics wise.

It really depends on the person! Try doing lots of cardio at first then after you've lost the weight you can add in weight training to tone up anywhere you may want to. Also nutrition is important. Make sure you're eating healthy! Mainly lean meat, vegetables, and fruits. If you have a craving for junk food let yourself have it but in moderation! If it's not healthy do not keep it in your house! Good luck!

yes you will lose weight, first you will lose fat and gain mussle tho I went from a size 42 to a size 27 in about 3 months just from exersizeing for 30 min. every morning.
Yep if you watch what you eat never use the word diet because diets die. But change your eating habits and any type of work out will work out fine. You can do it got to stick to it though.

I put no because there are more factors. They include dieting (eating less), and working out cardio. If you were to weightlift for 30 min a day, you would build muscle and end up weighing more. So incorporating cardio will help you burn fat.
