Will I lose weight if I workout for 30 minutes a day twice a day?

Hi, I started working out today and was wondering if by working out twice a day for 20-30 minutes each if i'd lose weight? The reason i'm gonna do it twice a day is because i'm too tired to keep going while i workout (yes i'm that fat). so would i lose weight or would i stay the same? I'll also be watching what i'm eating. Thanks all.
