First of all.. you must sleep 7 hours~... lack of sleep is a culprit to being overweight on some people... and also it ages you and deprives you of many things... so try to sleep so you can have energy to run!
Also if you eat healthier your body is not so sluggish... some people do not realize that the food you put into your body makes you as lazy as you are... so eat healthy and you'll see you'll be less likely to just sit around and do nothing...
Small goals will get you to bigger goals faster than if you want to start off big right off the bat..., like say you'll run 10 minutes today... instead of an hour... and tomorrow you'll run 15 minutes... and so on until you get to the hour or whatever your time frame goal is... start small.. but once you start don't stop, cause it will be hard to start again..
Once you see results you'll get excited and you'll just keep on going because of self motivation in itself! ... but remember results show about 2 months from when you start... so don't despair and lose interest in the first few days just cause you see no difference. now get up and go do 10 minutes!! and if you walk, don't walk slow... walk it fast!! unitll your heart goes pumpumpumpum!!! and don't throw away that run by eating some empty calorie shitsnack. :]! gl!

Staying motivated us hard, but I suggest making a vision board. It sound stupid but it works (mine has a picture if my setting or before body and next to it are a bunch of pictures of my dream body) seeing how far I had come or was going really set the tone of my day and reminded me what I was working for. I also keep one picture of my dream body on the fridge so that it reminds me to make smart choices about what I'm eating. And I keep one as the lock screen on my phone as a reminder. Once your contasntly seeing theses goals you'll keep them in mind when your making these decisions
You should lower your carbohydrate intake; I'm guessing you may have had a carb-y meal beforehand... carbs trigger insulin response and insulin instructs cells to store energy rather than metabolize it - this effectively reduces the amount of energy your body has available for things like jogging, as it results in what we experience as that "lazy" feeling where you feel like you can't quite get your bum off the couch.
If you struggle to feel up for a jog, you could also try just go for a walk.
This ism oping from a dude who's a former cross country and track runner. At times I didn't want to go to pratice and didn't feel like running. When that came up to my mind I would always tell myself that I can do better if I go to pratice and that the team needs me their. So think about it like this If you don't feel like going for a run thinks about who much you want to lose that wieght

One good motivation is jogging with a partner that is your level. Once you agreed on a time to run, it is more difficult to refuse because you have an agreement. Also look for a nice spot you like. If you like nature, go into a nice forest or around a lake and enjoy the sights and animal life.
You need to have a positive mindset :). Walks are crucial here - it really seems to clear one's mind and you feel real good afterwards. Listen to music while walking, it makes it much more joyful (for me, at least) and then if you tend to seek a 'reward'; try and take a hot bath or watch a great movie instead of grabbing for the sweets :)
Don't force it.
There are a lot of different types of fitness. I personally just can't do running. I have found that there are a lot of other ways to get cardio. You may enjoy these other exercise forms more and in turn need less motivating because you enjoy it more.Think that you'll never lose weight if you stay home watching a movie and this little sacrifice is necessary for a greater good.
Don't think about it. Just get up and do it. The movie will be on again.,

At least go for a walk then. Next time get your full 8 hours of sleep in and run hard to make up for the loss. Walking will get you through it though for tonight without losing out on it all
