I'm almost 15 and I'm 5'6". I weigh 128. Is that a healthy weight for my height? Could I easily be lifted by a boy?
There is NO healthy weight for your height , what there is is healthy body fat percentage.

Sounds like a healthy weight to me you could check your BMI compared to other 15 year old girls your height. Body fat is the main thing really. I can lift 175 pounds in my arms so ya some guys can lift you ;)
