Can you guys give me specific food plan for example
Day 1
Breakfast- Oat meal
Lunch- Chicken
Snack- Greek Yogurt
Dinner- Pasta
I feel like if i had a plan that I had to stick to, and knew exactly what I had to eat then i'll be more likely to follow it.
I would like a more of a variety of foods, because when I start to eat healthier, i eat too much of the same kinds of food, and I get really really bored and end up stopping. I want to change and I believe if you guys could help me out I'll be able to do it :)
by the way I was very active for the past 3-4 months due to wrestling, and now my season is over. I plan on going into a gym, and probably start doing mma.
