So I eat to cope with depression which makes me just feel worse after. I've eaten nothing but junk in the last 6 years and I'm extremely uncomfortable with my weight. Im 144 lbs which is a horrible number. How do I stop? I hate eating just in general but its just a bad habit so I always end up eating crappy frozen foods or bags of chips very quickly. Sometimes I wish I didn't hate throwing up so much or else I would just do that to get rid of the junk I eat.
