I'm 5'0 and about 129 pounds most of the time with some days being higher or lower. I'm reasonably muscular and don't mind sweating to achieve a goal. I would like to float closer to 115 pounds since its a recommended average weight for girls my height and age. I work at night and am still in school so I try to work out twice in the week and once on the weekends. Anything like a good work out to help?
