did i overeat ??
according to my fitness pal i woul d weigh 13 stone in 5 weeks if i kept doing what i did today
did i overeat or am i overthinking it all??
No. burning calories is irrelevant for the most part. You need to eat less calories than your body needs to maintain its weight. Google "iifym calculator" enter your stats and it will tell you how many grams of protein, carbs and fat you need each day to lose or gain weight. Then just read the labels of everything you eat and make sure you stay under those numbers.
Easy :)
eating less is good but in technical terms the body is always burning calories. its basically the same thing, but I think you were referring to exercise right.
Yeah excersize can be absolutely nil and you will still lose weight in a caloric deficit, I'm dieting right now, gone from 22% bodyfat at 210lb down to 200lb in 3 weeks while gaining strength still, but the M1T and Trenbolone can be thanked for that lmao
yes you have to burn more calories than you consume to lose weight. a lbs of fat is 3500 calories, if you want to lose a lbs of fat in a week then you need to burn 500 calories a day on top of what you consumed. intake/outtake.
as for over eating, im not sure, those 6 meals could have been small.
well on the my fitness pal i took the exercise away and it said i did
if you exercise that's additional calories being burned to meet your goals much quicker and improve your overall conditioning. im sure you still burned more calories than you consumed with BMR, it all depends on how much you eat though. if you eat a lot then exercise would be a good idea to burn off any extra calories that might go to your fat storages.
so i didn't over eat
do you know the total amount of calories you consumed that day?
1662
FOOD
that seems quite normal. you should be fine.
ok i wanna lose two stone in two months
if i keep going like this will i
how much is 2 stone?
28 pounds
continuous effort and dedication will get you there in due time. 2 months seems kinda fast though, depends on your genetics and how much effort you put into those 2 months.
Don't follow my fitness pals caloric guidelines it's way off. It said that I, a 200lb bodybuilder wanting to lose 2lb per week needed 1300 calories per day, that's insane, I'd be fucking starving and losing all kinds of muscle tissue if i followed that. The iifym calculator is way more reliable
THANK YOU!!!
It's not as black and white as that. You won't be obese from eating a lot of calories if you have a fast metabolism and what is more important is that you are building muscle.
Starving yourself is not the best way to lose weight. You'll just gain it all back once you go back to eating normally. You need to eat a lot if you're exercising so much.

In total, yes, but you are burning calories all day long, you're just burning at a higher rate during and after exercise.
so i didn't overeat or did?
I have no idea how much you ate, only how often.
A calorie of a doughnut isn't the same as a calorie of broccoli. Too many people are counting calories and not enough people are counting chemicals.
Read "The Calorie Myth book" by Johnathan Bailor.
A gram of carb from broccoli is no different to a. gram of carb from a donut in regards to changing body composition. Chemicals don't contain calories. They just arnt good for overall health.
@Dansexuall My point was that calories alone doesn't determine how healthy you are, but rather the amount of chemicals are in the foods that you eat. Preservatives, food coloring, HFCS, and many others not meant to be in your system. If you compare the food that's accepted in Europe compared to the US then you'll see how and why we are one of (if not THE) unhealthiest nations out there.
Haha I heard that bro. We over here cannot believe how the food companies in the usa are allowed to pit all that crap in your foods and not even have to have it on the label!! It's insane.
no you have to eat less calories than you burn, its all about diet to lose weight, you dont need to exercise
