How many calories should I be consuming?

Okay so I am a girl that is close to 5'7" and weighs 135-140 lbs. I am built with athletic thighs and a big bubble butt. I am only a 32 C on top though. Anyways, I am fairly active and people think I weigh a lot less than I do. I do anusara yoga twice a week, and on the weekends I take my dogs for long hikes and on walks. I recently found those pinterest challenges where it is a pretty big series of moves just for arms, one for just legs, and one for abs. I found two arms ones and two abs ones and alternate them during the week. The legs one is pretty intense so I just do that once since I get a lot of cardio in. My schedule not counting all the weekend hikes and walks and random runs is as follows:
SUNDAY- Legs Challenge and a walk
MONDAY- First abs challenge and yoga
TUESDAY- First arms challenge and Interval Sprints
WEDNESDAY- Second abs challenge and highest incline and speed workout on treadmill, for at least 400 calories
THURSDAY- Rest day
FRIDAY- Second arms challenge and yoga
SATURDAY- First abs challenge and interval sprints

How many calories should I be eating a day? I wouldn't mind getting down to the 130 range, and I want to be more defined. I eat mostly clean and a lot of protein. I have been eating 1,200 but I have been getting scolded that it is too few calories.
